The Wahl Academy South Africa strives to provide an exceptional learning experience. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and organised approach to booking, cancellations, and rescheduling, ensuring that all of our students have the opportunity to benefit from the best training experience possible.

By booking a course with Wahl Academy South Africa, you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment, cancellations, and rescheduling. Please read the policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Payment and Booking
   • Full payment for the course is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the course.
   • All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 2 below regarding rescheduling.

 

1. Rescheduling of Classes
   While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
   • If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, you may reschedule to the next available course date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and only permitted as per the conditions outlined in this policy.
   • A rescheduling request will only be considered valid if received by Wahl Academy South Africa at least two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the start of the scheduled course date.

 

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Requirements
   • Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing via email to academy@wahlsa.com at least two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the scheduled course date.
   • If a cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course, you will be eligible to reschedule your course to the next available date, at no additional cost.
     • If the rescheduled course is more expensive than the original course, the Participant is responsible for paying the difference to secure a booking.
     • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
   • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled course date will not be eligible for rescheduling or any credit towards future courses.
   • Failure to attend the course (no-show) without notifying Wahl Academy South Africa at least 14 days in advance will result in a forfeiture of the booking, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

 

1. No-Show Policy
   • Failure to attend the course without prior written notice and approval to reschedule will result in the booking being considered a no-show, and you will forfeit your payment.
   • No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

 

1. Force Majeure
   • In the event of a force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Wahl Academy South Africa), Wahl Academy South Africa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course.
   • In such cases, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule to the next available date or be provided with a credit for future courses.

 

1. Acknowledgment of Terms
   • By making a payment and confirming your course booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

 

7. Governing Law
   • This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa and the courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
