Available to barbers and stylists with 3 or more year’s work experience, this Services SETA approved and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) registered certification allows you the exciting opportunity to establish yourself as a qualified professional – heightening your likelihood of industry success and enhancing your earning potential.

Designed to help you pass your final Trade Test, the Wahl Academy Red Seal Certification provides you with access to Wahl’s team of specialist barbers – ready to guide you through your ARPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Assessment process.

To ensure that you are fully-equipped to succeed, this prestigious programme will also provide you with access to pre-trade test training with the Wahl master trainers, allowing you to quickly bridge any skills gaps before your final testing date.

Upon successful completion of your ARPL, you will be deemed competent to undergo your trade test and become a Red Seal Certified Barber.

Optimised to allow you peace of mind and ease, your final Trade Test will be conducted under the watchful eye of the Wahl Team and a NAMB (National Artisan Moderation Body) registered assessor in the familiar Wahl Academy environment – an accredited Trade Test Centre (TTC)/Assessment Centre (AC).
